This twelve page creative non-fiction essay revolves around a visit I took to Washington DC to see my friend Carly perform in the Washington Ballet's production of The Sun Also Rises. The essay was required to incorporate an aspect of research, which in my case takes the form of an interview with Carly. The main connection and beginning inspiration for my repurposing project can be found in the last paragraph of page eleven.
